THE COACHING PROCESS
Initial Assessment: Each coaching partnership starts with a confidential, comprehensive assessment, psychological profile exercise, and rich discussion to gain a deep perspective and understanding of your needs, strengths, and desired results. This may include a review of your leadership and communication style, approach to problem-solving, team and peer feedback, and five-year personal vision and strategic goals.
Customized Coaching Plan: Taking input from the initial assessments and discussions, Leslie develops your recommended coaching plan that addresses specific needs and skill development to attain your priorities and goals. In addition to targeting challenges, the plan can also incorporate communication skills, resilience, executive presence, working with uncertainty, motivating teams, interpersonal psychology, and many other leadership areas. We will review the proposed plan to determine the final program.
Regular Check-Ins: These are highly recommended to navigate any upcoming near-term priorities, adjust the coaching plan, and provide real-time help navigating key decisions and organizational development. Check-ins accelerate progress. They are done through scheduled coaching sessions, email, text, and other methods that work for time-pressured executives.

SAMPLE SEQUENCE
Because time is an executive’s most precious resource, a standard initial sequence starts with six (6) 50-minute results-focused sessions over 6-months (1 session monthly). For optimal support, Leslie is available for laser coaching (texts, emails, 15-minute spot calls) to work through issues as they arise in real-time throughout the engagement.
